Backup Exec SP3 and SP4

I have a proplem with my Back up 12.5 server. Backup Exec server Service is not starting and hence othr backup exec services too. I would like to download and update the service. I could not run live update as it keep failing.

My server is Windows 2008 Standard 32bt.

Hi,

You can manually download BE 12.5 SP5 and install it as per the TN below:

https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.TECH66724#12.5

Once done, try running LiveUpdate to install any additional patches.
