Backup Exec Server crashes again on dell with server 2000 sp4

I successfully installed backup exec 10 and it was running for a week, and then the server service stopped and i could not start it. I uninstalled and then reinstalled, but the service will not start. HELP

Can you please mention the exact error message that you are getting while trying to start the services ?
Also, please check the event logs for the errors.
