When trying to install BE 11d I get to the point where the install is running the environment checker and the install dies and I recieve the error message "Backup Exec Setup Launcher has encountered a problem and needs to close."
I can run the Environment checker by itself and it runs fine. When the install is running and it tries that step, it fails.
I also get an error in the event log, Application Error , Event ID: 1000, Faulting applicaiton setup.exe version 11.0.37170.0 Faulting module, version 1.0.1038.0 fault address 0x00008b28.
