We are getting the following error when we perform a system state backup.
Directory not found. Can not backup directory \Registry\C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile and its subdirectories.
The directory C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile does exist. Why are we getting this error and what can be done to fix it so that we can get a good backup.
Thanks,
Wendy Hodgson

Hi Wendy,
This will happen if an application was uninstalled and didn't clean up everything. You can try creating a dummy file in the location of that file (C:\Windows\.....) which will "confuse" BE into thinking the file exists.
Thanks!
