Backup Exec error e0001207

Hi all Professionals,

I got the error e0001207 message in backup exec server, here is our environment information:
- Windows 2003 server x64 bit and Exchange 2007 x64
- Backup exec 12.5 sp3 installed in Windows 2003 server 32bit
- Backup tape IBM TS3100 library

I have installed the latest CDO/MAPI and Exchange 2007 management tools(32bit) in the backup exec server.

I have attached the error log for your reference, please help to solve it. Is it miss something to do?

Make sure you don't have outlook installed on the exchange server.
Also make sure you have following five rights on the account that is being used to backup exchange
account is unique(first 5 character should be unique), active mailbox, domai admin, unhidden from gal, exchange organization right
