2 questions:

1/ Could you please confirm that the Exchange agent license is included in the Backup exec for Small Business Server license?

2/ Is there the possiblity to download an evaluation version for small business server? If so, where?

Yes, MS Exchange Agent is included in the BE SBS license.

To test it, you can install a 60 day trial version. Just take the standard installation files and do not enter a license when asked for.
