Backup Exec won't open

Hi

I have just upgraded a 9.0 version to 10.d.

The install went through fine but when I go to load the program it starts to loads and then disappears.

I can view the media server through a remote console.

All the services are started.

Any ideas??

Just thought I would add this.

I saw in the namesvc log for BE this message:

Which is the only thing I can find with regards to it not working.

Under which account the services are running?

How did you upgrade to 10d?

Did you uninstall Be 9?
