I have several Windows servers and one mac server that I nee ot back up, I have no problems backing up the windows servers but I can get the mac files to back up. I can select and/or browse the directory tree structure when selecting file to back up, and I can sked a job to backup the file, which executes correctly and ends saying "successful" but nothing is backed up. I have the agent installed on the mac machine as it shows as agent installed on the job summary. I have tried full backup and inc backup to brand new media that I formatted as it ready to use. I am using a Sony LIB-162 which is a sony AIT -5 backup library drives that can hold 16 tapes. PLS HELP!!!!!!
