Backup Job fails with event ids 58063 & 58061

Hi,

A customer of mine is running BackupExec V10.0 and at the end of their nightly backup they get event id 58063 even though it has ejected the tape. You then acknowledge the message and it will ask you to insert overwritable media (event id 58061).

It will then go into a loop and back to the first event id. The only way to get out of it is to cancel one of the error messages, but this will fail the job.

Any ideas ??
