Backup Job is not using assigned tapes in Media Set!

Greetings all!

Has anyone encountered this annoying problem before? We are currently running BEWS 9.1 and I had created a Media Set called 'End of Month Backups June' which contains 2 tapes called June 6.0 and June 6.1
Now this morning when checking the backup job log reports I noted that June 6.1 tape was not used but a different tape from a different media set was used! Why?
Is this a known issue with BEWS 9.1?
Could someone please help me solve this problem!
