Backup Oracle table spaces - wrong credentials

Hi,
 
I'm having some problems doing backup of one or more table spaces on an Oracle server. I'm have tested the credentials and they are successfull. I have compared the Remote Agent with another Oracle server - and they are the same, as they should be. The error message is:

Backup 00044 -- The job failed with the following error: This server name is not in the list of authentication credentials on the media server. Enter the server name and its logon account on the media server. Server names in the authentication list are case-sensitive. Then, retry the operation.

Did you configure the Tools/Options/Oracle credentials?  It sounds like you might be missing those - just go to Tools/Options/Oracle then click the modify list button and make sure you have something there.  If not, add it.
Also make sure that you are specifying the correct media server inside of the remote agent on the oracle server.
