Backup Pracle Database test Failed

when i trying backup oracle database ,in test credentials window i put database apssword and iam sure the password is right 

but the test falied 

please advise

Have you verified the SCL if the Oracle version is supported or not ?

Just run an actual backup with this id and password, and see anther the job is o.k. Sometimes, the test may fail, but the actual job is o.k.

Check privilege and permission of this user which assign to those instances

Thanks pkh....test  may fail, but the actual job is o.k.........  This is what actually happened
