Backup Scheduling

Here is the situation. I have Mission Critical Systems and therefore I run a daily backup everynight M-F. On Saturday I run a Weekly backup, which includes some additional directories, and servers that rarely change. Once a month, on the Sunday after the end of the month I want to run a monthly backup which backs up the entire network. I need this to run on Sunday due to that is the only time that the backups, or employees are not working.

How can I accomplish this the most effective way? Do I have to go thru and specify specific days to back up or is there a better way to do this?

I would set up three selection lists: Daily, Weekly and Monthly.
Then create a policy which has a job to combine the relevant selection lists with the required jobs. Then you might want to set the policy rules to make sure that the backups occur in precedence order, though as your backups don't overlap, this would be just for tidiness sake.
