We just migrated to Exchange 2003 (on Win 2003) and I had the task of setting up the backup. I wanted to backup the individual mailboxes, however, no matter what I tried, BE wouldn't accept the mailbox I entered for the BE Service account. I entered just the mailbox name, mailboxname@domain.com, domain\mailboxname, nothing worked. The mailbox was migrated to 2003 prior to trying this. Do I have to create a new mailbox for the service account?
