Hi,
I had a problem backing up Domino databases with the Domino agent which was resolved by installing SP1 and HF17, this meant that the backups would no longer 'Stall'. However, now my backups are taking about 4 hours longer.
I was achieving about 160 Gig backed up and verified in 9hrs, which I was happy with, however after installing SP1 and HF17 to get round my occasional backup 'Stalling' on Domino databases, it is now taking 13hrs which is impacting on working normal hours.
Backup rates per server have all slowed, therefore not down to one particular server being slow.
Currently installed :
Backup Exec 10.5484.17 SP1
Backup Exec Domino Agent
Backup Exec Remote Agents
Windows Server 2003
Dell Ultrium 2 Tape Drive
Backing up 6 Servers (mix of NT, 2000 and 2003)
Is it worth me installing 10.5520.0 ?
If so does this include fixes from SP1 and HF17 ?
Any help will be greatfully received
