Creating IDR bootable CD

Hi All,

My server has been upgraded to Windows 2000 Service Pack 4, and I would like to create a bootable CD for use with the IDR Option.
The original OS for the server was Windows 2000 with SP3.

Just to make sure, can IDR work when the bootable CD is created using the original OS CD for the server?

Hi,

Do i need to call up Veritas support to set up a case ID for this question? Or can anyone point out to me where can i get more info on IDR?
