Hi
Have a problem with an Backup Exec 11d Build 6235, 32bit, with SP 3 and HF 35 installed (thanx to Liveupdate).
It is possible to backup the system without any problems. Also catalog works fine.
But when i try to restore or make an inventory it fails with this error:
Library error - incompatible storage media detected in robotic library.
This error also occurs when there is no tape in drive.
There is no other errors in evenlogs. Not any event-ID's 7, 9, 11 or 15.
Info:
Tape drive: QUANTUM ULTRIUM 3
OS: Windows 2003 SP2
Any suggestions on how to solve this ?
