Backup configuration utilizing a external enclosures (Hard drive)

Hello -

I'm just learning how to setup/config my Symantec Backup Exec 10d. I need some help.

I have Device Pools setup ( Monday_Pools Thru Friday_Pools) running a full backup of our data drive every night and config Backup - to disk folders (Monday1 thru Friday1).

I've decided to utilize a external enclosures (HD) and need some help configuring the pools to talk to the new drives. Can anyone direct me or explain how I can achieve this. I really appreciate your response and help.

Hello Jaime,

In case you wish to use a removable device, you need to configure a removable backup to disk folder on it. Refer to the following technote for more information on this:
