Backup did not run as scheduled

I have the Backup 11d to run every day on a 7 day cycle. But yesterday after adding another server (new exchange server) to the selection list, the backup did not run at all as scheduled.

Any reasons why this may have occured?

There is a defect in Backup Exec 11.0.6235 that was addressed in HF 10.

Do you have this installed?
