Backup exe 12.5 + Exchange server restore cannot view individual items inside the mail box

Hi ,

I just restored the exchange mail box and expanded  to view the individual mail items inside the mail box . But when i expaned the mail box , I received the following error message.

" [Symantec ][ Backup Exec Calalogue Driver] ( You must install additional languages on this computer to view the content in this selection . Refer to your microsoft documentation for more information .)

I don' see any languages to installl in the microsoft web site. Pls. advise how to view individual items inside restored mail box.

Update the Backup Exec server such that the regional local settings(as in conrol panel) on the media server are same as the Exchange server.
