Hi,
We have seem to have an issue with Backup exec and Western digital passport external hard drives going offline on 3 servers whilst backing up. It seems to occur quite randomly, but on average once a week. Under devices, it states that the drive is Offline. I just change it to Online and it appears to run fine. This is only seems to happen with this type of external hard drive.
Everything is set to overwrite without any prompting.
