Backup exec queues differential jobs

I have a problem with Backup Exec 10.0. Differential jobs are always queued. I need a solution urgently. Please help me.

Hello Nelisiwe,

Queueing of the jobs could be because of various reasons. From your query, it is not clear where the jobs are running to (tape drive / backup to disk).

You could check if there are any alerts when these jobs are queued.

I am backing up to an HP DLT 40/80 Tape drive. For example I had 4 full backups and they did fine yesterday. But the domain daily which is a differential queued.

Hi,

Are there any active alerts in backup exec?

Also refer: http://support.veritas.com/docs/191594

For test purpose target the job to backup to disk folder and check if it runs.
