Could you go in to more detail about the VMs that you are backing up?

Do you have GRT enabled?  Do your VMs have independent disks?

If GRT is enabled and the GRT view is not available in the restore selections, and your VMs do not have independent disks, try the following:

  • Remove the Vmware license key and uninstall the Vmware agent
  • Add the Vmware agent license and reinstall the agent
  • Run the backup

If GRT is enabled and your VMs have one or more independent disks, try the following:

Backup job is configured for GRT and have disc C and disc E.

I don´t understand why this server have this problem, all servers are configured the same it.

Now just server AP14 is occouring the error.
