Howdy,
Recently, a backup job that had been completing fine started failing with this error:
0xe000846b - The resource could not be backed up because an error occurred while connecting to the Backup Exec for Windows Servers Remote Agent.
Nothing has changed on the remote server. We have stopped and restarted the remote agent.
Not sure if it was coincidence or not, but the backup has failed ever since BE ran a Database Maintenance.
We cannot browse to the remote server in the Selections dialog. It comes up with the Logon Account Selection dialog.
The remote server can be backed up if browsed to by the NETBIOS (Windows Network) node, but not though the Active Directory node, as the original job was configured to do.
Any help would be appreciated!
