Backup fails with a timed out message

I am helping a friend who is using Backup Exec for Microsoft' Small Business Server for Windows 2003. What we are trying to get setup is a truly unattended backup operation. However, the backup job times out waiting for the operator to answer several questions at the end of the backup. There are times when either my friend or I will not be in the office to answer these questions, when that occurs, the backup fails. However, if either one of us is there and answers the questions, the backup completes successfully.

Is there any way to configure Backup Exec to skip the questions and let the job complete successfully unless an error actually occurs?

Hi,

It seems that you are getting alerts like "Please insert the media" and so on.
