Backup hangs when verify begins

Hello,

For some reason I do not understand, all my backup jobs hang after the backup is complete ans the system starts to verify. It actually never starts and I end up having to reboot.

This used to work fine, but now I get this nag.

It was a long time since I had last used symantec and I do not recall doing anything different.

Also, there are no error message or alerts...

Any ideas?

We've started having the same problem. I haven't made any changes and haven't installed any updates.

Have you resolved this issue?? If yes could you tell me what you did to fix, please.
