Backup of Mailboxes and Public folders fails

I have reinstalled BE10.0 and could not select Exchange Mailboxes and Public Folders for backup although I could backup the information store. I found the problem with the backup user rights and can now browse and select mailboxes or folders for backup but when the job runs it fails to back them up. I get the following errors.

Backup- D: Unable to attach to \\MGSBS2\Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes.
V-79-57344-33932 - Unable to attach to a resource. Make sure that all selected resources exist and are online, and then try again.
Unable to attach to \\MGSBS2\Microsoft Exchange Public Folders.
V-79-57344-33932 - Unable to attach to a resource. Make sure that all selected resources exist and are online, and then try again.

I don't understand the reference to "Backup- D:" as my Exchange files are on C: drive.

Any help and suggestions appreciated.

Hello,

Have you eralier installed exchange on the D: drive?
