Backup remote pc problem

Hi everyone,

I have a big problem when using 10d to backup the remote winxp harddrive.

the error is

e0000f02 - The media server could not connect to the remote computer. The remote computer may not exist on the selected subnet,
but the option to use any available network route was not selected. Try selecting an alternative network interface,
or allow Backup Ex

the both machines are located in same network. and i have installed the remote agent and aof option again. why still has the problem. Please advise. Thanks!!

I have the same problem, i can install the agent and see the folders, but the backup fails... with this error e0000f02.

The server vlan is 192.168.100.0/24, but can acces to vlan 192.9.200.0/24, but have problems with vlan 192.9.201.0/24
