My backup server crashed and I had to re-build it. I installed BE 9.0 and upgrades it to 9.1, upgraded the agents, installed sp2, installed new drivers for my Quantum 220 sdlt, and still takes 48hours to backup 55gb including exchange 2000. Anyone have any ideas? The logs say that the agent is not being used but when I finaly got BE to use the agent it says... a00fefc- To fully protect windows Server 2003, you must select shadow copy components for backup. I need help!!! Please!!!

Thaniks for the reply. I selected that option in the backup and have a backup to do tonight. Hope it works. This backup is so unpredictable. Let you know the results. Thanks.

I made sure that I selected Shadow Copies in the backup selection of my 2003 servers, but my backup seems to go from 550-600 mb throughput to 95-110 mb. Any other suggestions?
