We are trying to backup a job that used to be backed up to tape and now move it to a Backup to Disk job.
After moving the job and selection list to the new B2D device, we get the following errors during the verify process:
Verify- D: VOLServer device "Physical Systems" reported an error on a request to read data from media.
Error reported:
Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.
V-79-57344-33992 - The backup storage device has failed.
VerifyA selection on device System?State was skipped because of previous errors with the job.
A selection on device \\DC\Utility Partition was skipped because of previous errors with the job.
A selection on device \\DC\C: was skipped because of previous errors with the job.
A selection on device \\DC\System?State was skipped because of previous errors with the job.
I've tried to search for issues relatig to the "Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service." error but have not found anything. Here are the errors we get in Event Viewer.
An error occurred while processing a B2D command.
Drive: ReadMTFData() ReadFile failed (\\Data-Domain\Data\Onsite\Physical Systems\B2D000145.bkf). Error=1450

What version of Backup Exec you are using? Make sure its fully patched.
Have you tried creating a new backup job or a new B2D folder?

You should also check the SCL for your version of BE to make sure that your NAS is supported.
