Backup to Disk and Casstte .

i am useing backup exec 11 d
i want o backup at same time backup to disk and to cassette .
can i do thats ?
the reason when i am trying to recover something from exchange mailbox it take me more than 24 hours .

As I understand, you are backing up exchange on a B2D folder and you want to duplicate the same job on to the TAPE..is it right?
