I have set up Backup to disk folders pointing to a secondary server on our LAN. I have scheduled jobs that backup to these folders there is lots of space on the destination computer. The jobs will run for a day or so, or perhaps a couple of days and then they start to "Queue". When I notice this, I check the Backup to Disk devices and they show as "Off-line". when I right click on them to check the properties they all show as "Pause" selected. I choose this option and the folders go back On-line again. Something is forcing them to go off-line, but obviously backup exec is not programmed to actually check the device to see whether or not it is available and then go back on line by itself.... Any thoughts, comments or suggestions on how I can force these folders to go back on line?
