Backup to Disk to Tape with BE 9.1

I have not upgraded in a bit and was wondering if I could do "backup to disk to tape" with Version 9.1 and if I can restore a file from the tape directly to disk.

If you backup to disk and then duplicate to tape, then yes, you can restore directly from tape

If you backup to disk and then  backup the BKF files, then no, you must restore the BKF Files, catalog and inventory before you can restore data
