Backup with exception

Hi,

I have created individual job for backup SQL DB (full for DB and incremental for log).

But still got exception in backup.

Please advice

The 2 databases named in the error messages does not have logs so you cannot do log backups on them.  You got to deselect them in this job and create another SQL backup job to back them up, but this new job should not have a log backup.
