We have a customer w/ BackupExec11d and Exchange 2000 (eeek) - We have the Backup Agent on the Exchange Server and are licensed for Exchange Agent. We are able to full backup on the "information Store" but cant do Brick's - As a test we fired up Microsoft Backup and get the same thing. - its not even an option.
Are we hitting a limitation with Exchange 2000? (2007 is in the works but before we do it, we want to get good backups) Or should we be able to do bricks?
