Can't browse System State

Hi,
 
I've some problems with BackupExec 11d with all new updates, when I create a selection list or un backup job, I can't browse/check the System State and the Sadow copy components for Backup !
 
I've this message error:
 
 
I have this problem in 3 servers, all with Windows 2003 Server Entreprise... and NO Sp1 or Sp2 installed.
 
Ideas?

There is a problem with System State backup when upgrading to 11d. The failure is because 10.x and 11d do the systemstate backup in diffrent ways.
I was unable to find the article for the problem, but the solution is simple. The is a way to fix this problem, is to enter the Selectionlist and deselect the system state backup and save. Enter again and select system state again. Simple! Smiley Happy

Thanks for your reply, but my version of BackupExec is not an upgrade... it's the version 11d.
I create my backup jobs directly from version 11d.
 
Any ideas? Smiley Sad
