BackupExec 2012 sharepoint exceptions

I have several installations of Symantec backup Exec 2012 running on SBS 2011.  Everytime I run a backup job it completes with exceptions relating to sharepoint.  I have excluded the files it reports as having the exception, still reports. Our customers don't use sharepoint, so how do i stop BEX from reporting this ?

WSS_Content.MDF and WSS_Content_log.LDF are sharepoint database and log files.

WSS_Content.mdf & WSS_Content_log.ldf are Sharepoint databases.

I know they are, but i don't use sharepoint and I have specifically excluded the files from the backup, but it still reports as an exception. It is the reporting of the exception i want to get rid of.

Cannot, unless you exclude the Sharepoint databases or back the Sharepoint databases using the Sharepoint agent...
