BackupExec: Having Problem using BEMCMD from a remote server with a script, it is return error code -536837669

I am trying to setup run a backup job from a remote computer using the BEMCMD.
I am using the command: 

bemcmd -o90 -v -w -c"server_name" -n"username" -p"passord" -f"D:\Programs\BackupExec\ThisScript.txt"

this is the return from the BEMCMD:

What the heck is error -536837669'??

I would really appreciate any help in the matter...

Hi,

I've just posted about another obscure error code from bemcmd.

Not sure if it will help you, but there's a discussion last year with the same error code that you are seeing.
