Dear,
After i upgrade our BackupExec for Windows 10.0 Rev.5520 to Symantec Backup Exec 10d Rev.5629, we have found that the service always auto stop it. Then the backup job will recovered after 5min will failed. It will show:
Error category : Job Errors
Error : e0008ld9 - The backup Exec job engine system service is not responding.
How can fix this problem.
I think this problem issue in Sysmantec 10d, please help to fix it.
