Bakcup Exec - Archiving option components - error

Hi All,

Hoping you will be able to help with our issue. We are using Backup Exec 2010 R3 and recently had an issue where a re-install was required. Now that was done successfully and backup jobs are running and completing with no problems apart from the backup of the backup server itself. The error im getting is:

Final error: 0xe0009aa4 - An error occurred while obtaining the XML file for information about the Archiving Option components.
Final error category: Resource Errors

Any ideas what could be causing this, im not sure where to even start with the topology document?

If the topology document is not creating during the wait time (2 minutes) would this not indicate another issue?

Do you know how to check if the topology document is being created, perhaps where it should be located?
