Be10D and Remote Agent

Recently moved from evaluation copy for full liscensed version of Backup Exec and now I cannot do a remote backup, it's grayed out. When I try to install, it won't accept the serial number used to install BE10d. Did I do something wrong during set up. And if I did, how do I fix it?

Have you reinstalled the remote agent after making it a licenced version?

If yes then try enabaling the "restrict anonymous" key with the help of the following document:
