Bestätigung bei Auftragsende

Hallo,

System: Windows 2008 R2 SBS; Symantec BackupExec 2012 SmallBusiness 1 LTO4-Laufwerk, kein Wechsler

Problem: Der komplette Server wird auf Band gesichert. Im Protokoll tauchen nur Fehlerhinweise bei der Laufwerkssicherung von "C" zum Sharepoint auf.

              Nach der Sicherung soll eine E-Mail mit Protokoll verschickt und das Band soll ausgeworfen werden.

              Ist: Das Band wird ausgeworfen und der Auftrag wartet mit der Fertigstellung und dem E-Mailversand auf eine händische Bestätigung.

Gibt's da einen Ausweg?

Once the Tape is ejected you would need to confirm response 'Yes/OK' to the Media Remove Alert that gets generated. Only when this is done will the job complete. You could set this alert to be autoresponded as well.

As for the error related to Sharepoint, please post the exact error message.

You need to set up an auto-response for the Media Remove Alert.  Go to Click on the BE button ---> Configuration and Settings ---> Alerts and Notifications ---> Alerts Categories to do so.

Also, you would need to change the default response which is greyed out to O.K.  See this document
