Best practice - Minimum quiet time error

Is it better to reduce the quiet time for the AOFO, or just turn off the AOFO?

The backup job is for files only and not the Oracle DB also installed on it. A separate backup job is backing up the DB.

You could reduce the minimum Quite time up to 2.
