CPA on SQL server

Hello,

I purchased "Backup Exec 10d,Windows,Microsoft SQL Server Agent with Client Access License and Continuous Protection Agent,v10.1,License" when the serial number is XX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX (all X are digits)

I installed this option on BE Server using the serial. I can install RA on the SQL server.

But how can I install CPA on the SQL server? When I try to push install CPA, it asks me for serial number and says XX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX is invalid.

Please advice!

To resolve this issue wwe need the serial number which can not be given here.
