Hi Everyone,

I was just wondering if I can run CPS 12.5 with BackupExec 11.5.  Thanks everyone.

Hello,

Backup Exec and Backup Exec Continious Protection Server are two different software.

Install CPS 12.5 on a different machine and not on Backup Exec 11d Media Server.

If the machine meets hardware requirements. and As Dev said these are two different pieces of software so can be installed and co-exist together. however make sure that while runnig a replication from CPS you do not triger any backup. which may result in backup failure or performance hit .
