I think I'm missing something here. I am getting the same error message that article http://support.veritas.com/docs/290127 references (the only error I thankfully have left to fix). Currently on my BE server I have CPS version 11.1.403.9801, but in order for it to work properly with Exchange 2k7 I need build 11.1.407.4003 or higher. I've fought with this setup for two days and finally am coming close to getting it up and running (I hope). I have Backup Exec 11d SP2 (w/ hotfix 33 and 34 applied). If I run liveupdate it comes back that I am up to date. So where in the world can I get a more recent build of CPS to push out to Exchange 2k7 box (which is running on Windows 2003 Server x64). Nevermind. I was able to find a newer build on fileconnect.symantec.com for CPS. Pushed that out to my Exchange 2007 box and everything is finally working.
