CPS installed can?t start its? services?2K3/R2/64Bit

I installed it never worked. I get error window at the startup when I boot the server at least one or more of the services is not running..etc service control manager window it went away when I uninstalled it so I did repair from add remove programs in control panel same issue finally yesterday I uninstall it then restart reinstalled restart same issue here is a screen shots

Seems to be the same problem I am experiencing. Have a call in with technical support. Will see what response I get.
