Can I migrate db and settings from Windows BackUp Exec 2010 to a BackUp Exec 2010 R3 Server?

I have a BackUp Exec 2010 R1 Server running on Windows Server 2008 R2.   I have recently installed BackUp Exec 2010 R3 on a separate Windows Server 2008 R2 Server.  Is there a way I can migrate the database and settings from my BE 2010 R1 Server, over to my BE 2010 R3 Server, without having to recreate all the jobs manually?

Yes , Now I can upgrade to BE2010R3 no problem by step

- Stop all serveice Backup Exec.

- Backup Data and Catalogs.

- Let go setup BE2010R3.

- Run over old path.

AS you are migrating from one version to another (R1 and R3 are two different versions thou of same BE 2010 family) you will have to perform BeMig operation as given in point number 9 of that technote.
