Short end of long nightmade. Tape drive died on backup server, I redirected Exchange backup to disk. Exchange server died when backup was 70% complete.
Exchange server ahs been rebuilt and data restored to last full backup, however that leaves a 6 day gap in the exec's communication. That 6 days of information is in the backup that did nto complete. When I attempt to catalog the information, catalog runs for 4 1/2 hours and dies because of inconsistancey because the job did not complete. IS there a utility I can run against this file to write and EOF on it?
