Can Symantec fix the documentation links in support?

Using Backup Exec 2010 R3

Navigating to the Support site for Symantec and looking for Backup Exec documentation.

All of the links point to an ftp server which seems to have none of the documentation available.

Tried devolving the ftp link in a plain ftp cmdline and the server is either misconfigured or really isn't used for this purpose anymore.

It's quite frustrating.

Is there a "Real" support site some place else that I'm missing?

I found a link that actually works for Backup Exec 2010 R2 documentation.

It is over on the Knowledge Base sub-site at Symantec.

I think the KB is taking the place or, or replaces the Support links from the main site page.
